NICOLE BARCELONA
Nicole Barcelona is the president of Women in Music (WIM). Nicole is a white American woman. She defines herself as an Artist manager, Present for Women in Music, Director of Everyday Rebellion, and Consultant in Boston, Massachusetts. On top of all this, Nicole is married and she is a mother to a three year of girl. Nicole states that she is a very passionate advocate and proudly has been serving on the Board of directors for WIM since 2013. She studied PR/Communications and women’s studies at Boston University, then continues her studies at the University of London. Nicole’s mission is to try and give women in music the representation that they deserve. She wants there to be equality across the whole musical arts for women which include the same pay for them compared to the pay men in the music industry are receiving.
Rene Kladzyk

Rene Kladzyk is a vocalist and performer artist based out of Brooklyn, New York. She performs as ZIEMBA. Kladzyk states that she "wants to change that with a grassroots database of music industry organization with women and non-binary people at the help." she noticed that there are very few women and non-binary reps and label owners during her search and was inspired to help revolutionize the industry. she began to seek out women and non-binary artist or reps in the music industry to help them jumpstart their career bigger. Rene began making a list wanting to prove and show that there are women-run record labels are out there and that artist do have choice in that when looking for a label. she hopes that the list will expand and plans to round out the list with sections for engineers, producers, recording studios, and music publications.
Gabriella Di Laccio

Gabriella Di Laccio is a composer and a classical musician. Her genres span to opera, oratorio and chamber music. She os especially known her voice and much sought after in Baroque music. She recently created a company called DONNE. DONNE is "her way to share with as many people as possible the fascinating stories of so many neglected women composers." they hope to creat a more equal world in the music industry for the future generations. She wants to share current and former female composers and musicians music all over the world to give them they credit she believes they deserveDONNE holds listening events and educational events to bring exposure to these women and there music.
